To create a quote and process contracts, we process:
- Name and address
- Email address and phone number
- Company details (name, address, contact person)
- Bank details (for direct debit)
- Booking and usage data
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance).
Retention period: 10 years in accordance with statutory retention obligations.
